In the south part of the Charente, less than one hour from Bordeaux, the ocean and beaches of Royan, and the beautiful towns of Angoulême and Cognac, this is a perfect self-catering holiday property. The 10-acre grounds have access to a 21.5km cycle/bridle path. The nice lake in Brossac less than twenty minutes drive away has a proper beach that children will love. The larger one of Angoulême is ideal for windsurfing or even waterskiing. Or enjoy a day in Cognac visiting the numerous distilleries or take a trip on a boat on the River Charente.
