This 17th-century stone built farmhouse is accessed by quiet country lanes which wind through the lovely village of Ploumilliau, approximately 10 minutes by car from the beaches at the Pink Granite Coast. The medieval towns of Lannion and Morlaix are just a short drive. During the spring and summer, local Breton festivals are held most weekends. This area of Brittany has numerous marinas and ports, one of them being Perros-Guirec, 20 minutes, with its excellent marina, three good beaches and a range of restaurants.
