From its unrivalled position looking out towards the spectacular isle of Bréhat and the exceptional rugged coastline for which this area is renowned, this house offers an exceptional holiday by the sea. The house dates back to 1832 and the place is steeped in legend. It was renovated in an elegant, typically French style. From the raised terrace you can watch the seascape change as the tide comes in around the headland, to fill up the bay in front of the house, then you just stroll 100m down to a sheltered cove for a refreshing dip. There is also a rocky beach just in front of the property. Explore the nearby Pink Granite Coast, walk along the Sillon de Talbert (5km away), now a nature reserve, and enjoy the historical port of Paimpol, immortalised in book legend and sea shanties. For the bold, take a boat trip to the Isle of Bréhat where the peace and quiet of this car free island will enchant you, as will its glorious views._Ground floor: Living room.
