For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen has a double oven and a six-ring hob. Externally, the facilities are equally impressive; a terrace and the pool house (with comfy seating) overlook the large, mature, enclosed garden areas, a small pond, and the private swimming pool. To keep children busy, there is also a table tennis table and badminton equipment. A short walk (approx 300m) across an adjoining field leads to a private fishing lake which the owners have stocked with Carp (available only to experienced fishermen). The historic town of Bergerac on the banks of the River Dordogne is approx 10km away, and many of the most popular places to visit including Sarlat, Domme, and the Ch&acirc;teaux of Beynac and Castelnaud are all within easy driving distance._Ground floor: Living/dining room with woodburner.
