This charming former fisherman’s villa is set near to a forest in one of the prettiest villages of the Cap Ferret region known as "Les Jacquets". The villa has a practical interior and is situated only 300 metres from the Bassin d’Arcachon, with a shaded front terrace that stands in front of the house, it is ideal for breakfast or an afternoon’s rest.
