A two minute walk to Pontlevoy centre offers shops and restaurants and a local market each week. There is also a unique street museum which recounts the villlage&rsquo;s history. The 11th century abbey and castle is a popular tourist attraction and just down the road in Montrichard is a genuine sandy beach with boating on the banks of the River Cher.
