Situated on a working farm_Côtes d’Armor_This spacious semi-detached farmhouse adjoins the owner’s home and provides a good base for touring the area and is only 3km to Jugon-les-Lacs, a charming country holiday resort between two wooded hills on the edge of a lake. _The 4km long lake is a paradise for ramblers, cyclists and riders, with many footpaths and bridleways._The lake offers watersports including canoeing, kayaking, swimming and fishing, making this an ideal holiday destination for all ages. The Emerald Coast to the north is a short drive, and has spectacular scenery and fine, sandy beaches._Shops, café/bar and restaurant 3 km, beach 30km._Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, separate toilet and basin. First floor: bathroom with bidet and basin, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 twin._Electric convector heating, open fire in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent May to September, €30 supplement October to April, bed linen included in rent, colour TV, washing machine, shared lawned garden, courtyard, garden furniture, off road parking for 2 cars.
