From the garden there is free access to the castle park._Located in the Cotentin Marshes Reserve it is a great place relaxing or walking and cycling. It is 3 miles (5km) from historic St Mère l’Eglise, and Utah Beach with its museum and endless sandy beaches is 5 miles (8km) away._Valognes with its old port from the 17th century, once called the ’Versailles’ of Normandy is 7.5 miles (12km) away._Shops, restaurant 3 miles (5km), café/bar 1.25 miles (3km) and beach 5 miles (8km)._Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and basin, separate toilet. First floor: 2 twin bedrooms, 1 plus single bed._Electric heating, open fire in lounge, (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent June to September, by meter reading at end of stay October to May, highchair, colour satellite TV, radio, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, enclosed patio, outdoor furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars.
