Rouen is only 18.5 miles (30km) with its wonderful gothic cathedral and its superbly restored city, which you must explore on foot._Shop, café/bar and restaurant 1.25 miles (2km), beach 16.75 miles (27km)._Ground floor: lounge/diner, kitchen, utility room, shower room with basin, separate toilet. First floor: 1 double bedroom with ensuite toilet._Electric heating, electricity by meter reading at end of stay, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, radio, washing machine, freezer, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 1 car.
