Pretty house with enclosed garden_Morbihan_This semi-detached holiday cottage opens onto a large patio and enclosed garden. It is in the centre of the well maintained and historic village of St Aubin._The beautiful, half-timbered town of Josselin, on the Nantes-Brest waterway, is not far (10km). Along the waterway are cycle tracks and also a little sandy beach. For sailing, swimming and golf the town of Ploermel has a lake and beach._The spectacular Morbihan Gulf, the inland sea dotted with islands is to the south (34km) as is the lovely port and walled city of Vannes._Café/bar 220 yards, shop and restaurant 2.5 miles._ Ground floor: lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom with shower over jacuzzi bath, toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom; first floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 single with pull-out bed, 1 twin._Oil central heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, €30 supplement October to April, bed linen included in rent, travel cot, highchair, colour TV, DVD player, freezer, enclosed lawned garden, enclosed patio, garden furniture, barbecue, on street parking.
