First floor: Shower room with basin, separate toilet, 1 twin bedroom plus 2 single beds, 1 double bedroom leading to games room with 2 single beds._Oil central heating, open fire in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent May-Sep, €50 supplement Oct-Apr, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, highchair, colour TV, DVD player, washing machine, freezer, microwave, lawned garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, ample off road parking.
