The market town of Ribérac is less than 20km as is the town of Brantôme, Bourdeilles, famous for its château is 11km away. _The Dronne Valley provides a number of options for canoeing or relaxing on a sandy beach beside the river._The cottage has a small front garden but it’s the rear of the holiday property where guests spend most of their time, the elevated terrace area, which includes a large conservatory, overlooks the<strong> private swimming pool</strong>with Roman steps, the enclosed gardens have lovely views of the countryside._Shop, café/bar and restaurant 3km._Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, utility room, conservatory.
