Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Agen are both within 30km. There are also many night markets to visit in this area. Visitors are welcome at the local golf club at Tombeboeuf (free golf in May, Jun and Sep). The nearest airport is Bergerac, which is a 40-minute drive from the property._Shop, café/bar and restaurant 2km._All on ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, conservatory, bathroom with shower over bath and double basin, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms: 1 super kingsize, 1 double, 1 twin._Electric heating, woodburner in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, €50 supplement October to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, colour satellite TV, DVD player, video, radio/CD player, Wifi connection, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, lawned garden, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 3 cars.
