Close to the beach_Gironde_This ground floor holiday apartment is situated in one of the nicest residences in Andernos-les-Bains. It has one en-suite bedroom, a separate kitchen and a cosy living/dining area with sliding window opening onto a cosy patio._Andernos-les-Bains is a lively town on the northern part of the bay of Arcachon, with many shops and restaurants serving local and international dishes. A sailing club and horse riding can be found nearby, as well as a casino and a salt water swimming pool._From the apartment, it is only 50m to the nearest beach, where bathing is possible at high tide. The whole town, and the daily market (from June - Sep), lies within easy walking distance, so you only need a car if you want to explore the area’s many interesting sights. _Shop, café/bar and restaurants 200m._Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, separate toilet, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with basin, sofa bed in lounge. _Electric heaters, all fuel and power included in rent April to September, €70 supplement October to March, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, washer/dryer, microwave, enclosed patio, outdoor furniture, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets. No smoking please.
