The cottage has one double bedroom on the first floor and a single bed on the ground floor doubling up as a sofa._Just 150m away is the village of St. Cézaire-sur-Siagne, which has shops and restaurants. A weekly provençal market which takes up the centre of the village draws people from miles around._Visits to Grasse (17km), the perfume capital of the world, beaches at Cannes and excursions following the Route Napoléon from Grasse to Castellane are a must. There are also the well known caves of St. Cézaire and a potholing adventure course – unique in Europe._Shop, café/bar and restaurant 150m, beach 25km._Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin. First floor: Double bedroom, single bed in lounge._Woodburner in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent May to Sept, €20 supplement Oct to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour satellite TV, shared washing machine, microwave, lawned garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets. NB: Steep open-tread ladder style staircase leading to first floor.
