Swimming pool _Dordogne_There are many barn conversions in the Dordogne, but few are equal to this one in terms of quality and attention to detail._The private terrace and barbecue area to the side of the holiday property provide the perfect haven for relaxing and dining outdoors. _A lower terrace to the front of the semi-detached cottage, is where the <strong>private swimming pool </strong>is located, guests can also enjoy fishing in a lake within the grounds of the property. St. Saud-Lacoussiére is the nearest town, having shops, restaurants and bars._Shop, café/bar and restaurant 4kms._Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, utility room, bathroom with separate shower, toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom. Mezzanine with double bed plus 2 single beds._Oil central heating, woodburner in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, €60 supplement October to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour satellite TV, DVD player, video, radio, cassette player, stereo/CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets. NB: There is a steep staircase to the mezzanine.
