Peaceful location _Orne_This splendid, detached holiday cottage has an open plan living/dining room opening out into a large private garden, and its double bedroom opening out onto a balcony overlooking the garden. Located in the country it is a very quiet place to relax, walk or cycle._The large forest of Andaines is at the edge of the property with the spa centre of Bagnoles de l’Orne with a casino and a lake with sports facilities. Only 2km is the historic town of Domfront. _Discover Mayenne and Carrouges (35km), both with castles, or Fougères (65km) with the largest medieval castle in Europe, and Mont St. Michel (80km)._Shop, café/bar and restaurant 2km._Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen. First floor: Shower room with toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin._Electric heating, open fire in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided) all other fuel and power included in rent May-September, €40 supplement October-April, bed linen included in rent, colour TV, shared laundry facilities, freezer, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, garden furniture, off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets. NB. There is an unfenced pond on the grounds, young children require supervision.
