Private swimming pool (May-Sep)_Dordogne_Peacefully located on the outskirts of a small village surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the northern Dordogne, this larger than average detached house provides a very cosy ‘home from home’ for a relaxing family holiday. The gardens are mature and extensive with shaded area for relaxing and dining outdoors._Facilities include a<strong> private swimming pool </strong>(open May-Sep), and guests can also enjoy fishing in the small river that runs through the grounds or in the private lake, which is approximately 100 meters from the house._The nearest town is Verteillac (7km) which has shops and restaurants, a little further south is the busy and popular market town of Riberac (18km) with its twice weekly market that are equally as popular with residents as tourists. _Shop, pub and restaurant 7km._Ground floor: Lounge, kitchen/diner, cloakroom with toilet and basin. First floor: Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet, bidet and basin, 3 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 with en-suite shower, toilet and basin, 1 twin. Annexe: 1 twin bedroom plus 2 single beds with en-suite toilet and basin._Oil central heating, open fire in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour satellite TV, DVD, radio, CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, ample off road parking. Sorry, no pets. NB: There is a lake 100m from the property. Young children must be supervised.
