The attractive villages of Le Vigeant and L’Isle Jourdain are within a mile and have all services including a particularly good café/bar and restaurant._Locally there is the motor racing circuit at Le Vigeant and this is an ideal place to relax, go for walks, pony and horse rides. You are well within easy reach of Poitiers, Futuroscope and Limoges. _Shop 2km, café/bar and restaurant 1km._Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, wet room with toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 2 twin. _Oil filled electric heaters, woodburner in lounge (initial supply of fuel provided), all other fuel and power included in rent March to October, €40 supplement November to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour satellite TV, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars.
