An ideal place for relaxing, walking, cycling and is in a central location._Historical Coutances with its cathedral and good shopping is 12km. Agon-Coutainville, beach resort with all sport facilities, sea food restaurants and endless sandy beaches is 15km away._Villedieu-les-Poêles, the copper and bell manufacturing city, with museums is 30km away, as well as Granville, with restaurants along the harbour and daily departures to the Jersey Islands._Shop, café/bar and restaurant 2km, beach 10km._Lounge/kitchen/diner, bathroom with toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin. _Electric heating, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, €40 supplement October to April, bed linen included in rent, cot, colour TV, Freeview, DVD player, washing machine, microwave, shared garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, ample off road parking.
