Close by is Belabre leisure lake and beach, only 8km._Shop, café/bar and restaurant 2km._Ground floor: Lounge, kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin. First floor: 2 double bedrooms: 1 plus single bed and sofa bed, 1 plus single bed._Convector heaters, woodburner in kitchen/diner, all fuel and power included in rent May to Aug, €50 supplement Sep to Apr, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour satellite TV, cot, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 2 cars.
