It has an enclosed garden and shared use of a <strong>swimming pool </strong>(a 15 minute walk away, by car 4 minutes)._ If your ideal is to simply relax and unwind you don’t need to move far from the property. The Château of Lauzun is within walking distance and there are many pretty villages and small towns nestled in the beautiful countryside in the surrounding area._There are many markets not too far away, including Eymet and Miramont (7km), selling fresh produce and typical French wares._Shop, café/bar and restaurant 100m._Ground floor: Lounge, dining room, kitchen, shower room with toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. First floor: Second lounge leading to 1 double bedroom._Electric heating, woodburner in lounge all fuel and power included in rent May - Sept, €30 supplement Oct-Apr, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour satellite TV, DVD player, stereo/CD player, washing machine, microwave, enclosed lawned garden, garden furniture, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets. NB: Unsuitable for children due to open stairs.
