The garden is enclosed which provides privacy for relaxing outdoors._After a busy day visiting the area you can take a leisurely walk into the town, you will find all you need, restaurants, café/bars, local shops and a bank within 500m._Ruffec and Angoulême are both approximately 30km. Within 100km you can visit “Futuroscope”, Cognac the historic town of Saintes and the resorts of Royan and La Palmyre._Shop, café/bar and restaurant 500m._Ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner. First floor: Shower room with toilet and basin, 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin._Electric heating, woodburner in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent May to September, €30 supplement October to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour satellite TV, washing machine, microwave, enclosed sandy shingle garden, garden furniture, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets. NB: The stairs are quite steep.
