The ground floor includes a large games room with pool table, table tennis, darts and gym equipment. Particularly impressive is the large covered terrace which overlooks the fenced <strong>private pool </strong>(10 x 5m, depth 1.2m) and enclosed garden area. The house is set in 25 acres of land, which includes meadows and woodland. Pay a visit to the busy, popular market towns of Riberac (20km) and Mussidan (10km). The large lake &rsquo;La Jemaye&rsquo; (12km) has sandy beaches, Nature Reserve, children&rsquo;s play park, paddle boats, lifeguard supervision and pony trekking.
