Private swimming pool _Lot-et-Garonne_Andante is a renovated farm dating back to the 1850s set in 1.2 hectares of land. The cottage is attached to the owner’s holiday home. The enclosed front garden, mainly lawned, contains the private<strong> swimming pool</strong> where there are lovely views of the surrounding countryside. To one side of the cottage is a large, partially covered terrace ideal for relaxing and dining outdoors. The more active can enjoy volleyball, badminton, boules and table tennis. The region’s most popular golf course is just 12km, horse riding and a fishing/swimming lake can be found in Lougrat, 10km. Many of the area’s most famous medieval villages and bastides are within easy driving distance including Monpazier, Monflanquin, Villeréal, Issigeac and Eymet. _Shop, café/bar and restaurant 7km._Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, 1 twin bedroom plus double sofa bed, 2 single folding beds and en-suite shower with toilet and basin, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin.
