It also offers a games room with table tennis, billiard table, darts and board games._Set in authentic Breton countryside, it is ideal for those looking for a peaceful retreat, yet there are plenty of activities and attractions close by. The nearby village of Martigne-Ferchaud has numerous bars and restaurants and a small supermarket which opens on Sunday mornings. In August, the village hosts the spectacular sound and light show Etincelles Aquatiques, with a wonderful firework display and over 250 actors. The town of Chateaubriant (9km) has a wide selection of restaurants and bars as well as all the major supermarkets and an excellent market on Wednesdays._ The area is ideal for walking and cycling and other activities include fishing, golf, horse riding and karting. A 30-minute drive leads to the Grand Reservoir de Voireau, with its man-made beach, swimming, pedaloes, café and watersports._Shops 8km, café/bars 2km, restaurants 9km_Ground floor: Lounge, second lounge, kitchen/diner, games room, bathroom with separate shower, toilet and basin.
