Indeed it is only about 200m from the sea and the sandy beaches of Primel. This is a perfect retreat for those who love the outdoors and wish to have surfing, restaurants and all amenities close by. The apartment has been designed with space in mind and although small, it has retained good distinction between cooking, sleeping, eating and living areas. The residence has communal lawns and a boules court for guests use._Shop 500m, café/bar, restaurant and beach 200m._All on second floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom (can be twin)._Electric heating, all fuel and power by meter reading at end of stay, bed linen included in rent, cot, highchair, colour TV (French channels only), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, shared lawned garden, off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets. NB: Property is access via two flights of stairs. There are low beams and sloping ceilings.<br />
