Shared swimming pool / A haven for couples _Dordogne_This holiday cottage shares the extensive grounds and facilities with the English speaking owners who live on site, and two other cottages. Although the cottage has the possibility to sleep three, the additional sleeping facility is intended for two people who do not wish to share the same bed. _Guests have use of an <strong>outdoor swimming pool,</strong> table tennis, badminton and a well-equipped gym. Bicycles and golf clubs are also available (no surcharge). _Verteillac and the market town of Riberac are both a short drive. Bergerac, Sarlat and all other attractions of the Dordogne Valley, Cognac and Bordeaux are well worth a visit. Aubeterre, considered one of the most beautiful villages in France (approx 40km) has a popular golf course._Shop, café/bar and restaurant 4km._All on ground floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner, shower room with toilet and basin, 1 double bedroom, double sofa bed in lounge._Central heating, open fire in lounge, all fuel and power included in rent, bed linen and towels included in rent, colour TV, DVD player, stereo/CD player, use of washing machine, microwave, shared lawned garden, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 1 car.
