Faverges and Doussard (5 kms) provide shops, restaurants and all other amenities and a cycle path leads to the scenic southern point of Lake Annecy (5 kms) with a beach, fishing and watersports. Just 25 kms away is the well-known, picturesque town of Annecy, boasting delightful restaurants and numerous excursion possibilities. _Indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, a petanque court and tennis court (payable locally). Composed of several small buildings, of typical Savoyarde style, it offers spacious, comfortable and cosy apartments with a balcony or terrace with table and chairs. Free private outdoor parking.
