Located in the Ard&egrave;che region of France, one relative unknown to the majority of British tourists, this residence is a best kept secret. Made up of recently renovated apartments and houses grouped together in hamlets, guests enjoy access to a superb outdoor<strong> </strong>swimming pool<strong> </strong>with children&rsquo;s area, fitness facilities and sauna, crazy golf, volleyball and many other activities._There are restaurants, bars and some shops including a mini-supermarket on site. Tennis courts are available too (at cost). The Ard&egrave;che is littered with many underground caves and enormous stalagtite and stalagmite formations. The most impressive can be found at Aven d&rsquo;Orgnan and also the Grotte de la Madeleine which should be visited. Canoeing is also a favourite in the area but is best done in May and June when the water levels are safer. Those preferring to stay above ground can visit the ancient and picturesque villages, gracious spa towns and many of the famous chestnut growing plantations. Here the sugared chestnut is a local specialty and will make an interesting and local souvenir to take back to friends and family. The region has become thoroughly more accessible since the opening of Avignon airport. _Living/dining room with two single sofa beds and a cabin room with bunk beds. Bedroom with twin beds.
